Points of Stillness is committed to advancing pediatric therapy (Speech Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy) standards of excellence. We are committed to engaging in research that utilizes current knowledge in human development informed by neuroscience, kinesiology, physiology, and psychology to contribute to AOTA, ASHA, WFOT, and IALP research priorities. Points of Stillness seeks to establish efficacy, protocols, and guidelines for innovative technologies and treatment approaches for pediatric treatment to address structural and functional deficits. We will contribute to knowledge dissemination to advance pediatric therapy practice for the promotion of performance outcomes through publications and classes.
