Speech Therapy
Successful communication involves the ability to hear a message, process the information, formulate a response, initiate and motor plan a response verbally in a socially appropriate manner. Breakdowns can occur in any of these areas.Our licensed speech and language pathologists are highly trained to work with children of all abilities. Our specialties include children with Autism, Apraxia of speech, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, food aversions, g-tubes and feeding problems. We perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address the child’s specific needs.
Occupational Therapy
Points of Stillness feature therapists who specialize in cutting edge interventions including a variety of energy techniques to enhance sensory processing. We specialize in short term intensive programs that use an eclectic approach to a child's health and development. We also offer specific programs for adults who are interested in body and/or light gentle therapeutic touch or who are dealing with chronic pain, stress and anxiety. Evaluation of sensory processing is also available for adults.

Our sensory gym provides a safe playground space designed for children on the autism spectrum, and other sensory processing disorders.
