Red Thread Charities Annual Trip To China
Nancy Lawton-Shirley is an international speaker on topics related to therapy for children. As a board member of Red Thread Charities, she makes annual trips to China with their medical team, supporting the development of rehab programs in China's orphanages and helping the staff understand child development and the needs of their children who have disabilities. Many children are seen during each visit, and a variety of therapeutic modalities are utilized with the equipment that each facility owns.
